Level 1 Processes are the main activities to fulfill the purpose of the organization. These are the processes we identified to be the main process of our organization. The stakeholders of different processes are as follows

Demand FulfillmentCustomer (demand)Customer (demand satisfied)Converts customer requirements into products and services in a manner that satisfies all stakeholders. New process development forms part of this process because AAPMC is order driven.
Resource ManagementResource user (resource need)Resource user (resource satisfies need)Specifies, acquires and maintains the resources required by the business to fulfill the mission and disposes off any resources that are no longer required.
