Level 0 Organization (System)

Level 0 describes the main purpose of the organization. These include everything from Level 1 to Level 4. To understand the whole picture of our organization, we have included our business model in a sheet of paper and call it business model canvas. This also illustrates the security access to edit the documents within our QMS wiki.

Level 1 Business Process

Level 1 Processes are the main activities to fulfill the purpose of the organization. These are the processes we identified to be the main process of our organization. The stakeholders of different processes are as follows

Level 2 Work Process

Level 2 processes consist of high level processes that fulfill the requirements of Level 1 Processes. The Relationship of Level 1 Process and Level 2 Processes are shown in the following Table:

Level 3 Activities

Activities are the list of activities that are needed to fulfill Level 2: Work Processes. Activities are comprised of a series of tasks.

Level 4 Tasks

Tasks are list of steps that achieve the activities. These are sequential steps that should be simple enough for the user to follow. Tasks can be defined as either one or all of the following:

Organization and Responsibility

The purpose of this is for the organization and their roles and responsibilities. This includes levels in the organization, organizational chart and Job Description. AAPMC controls people using competency-based management approach and regular coaching/counselling for continuous development of employees.

Purpose

The purpose of this manual is to describe the processes and procedures included within the boundaries of the Quality Management System (QMS), which complies with ISO 9001:2008 requirements. This manual also contains company policies regarding quality.

QMS Access and Control

This Quality Manual and all QMS internal documents (except certain Records) are published in this wiki (google site). All AAPMC employees have access to the wiki.

QMS Scope

The QMS is applied to all production and administration processes, and it encompasses our operations at our facilities located at BCEZ, PEZA, Loakan Road, Baguio City.

By maintaining the integrity of the QMS, our Quality objectives defined by Top Management are easier to be fulfilled. These objectives are:

Quality Policy

Our Quality Policy is focused on achieving customer loyalty by exceeding customer satisfaction, continually improving our processes and products and meeting all contractual and legislative requirements regarding them.
