By maintaining the integrity of the QMS, our Quality objectives defined by Top Management are easier to be fulfilled. These objectives are:

  • To encourage customer loyalty by exceeding customer satisfaction.
  • To exceed customer satisfaction by satisfying needs and expectations, and assuring our fulfillment, by giving them products and services that they canโ€™t get from others.
  • To increase our company value in order to continue expanding our opportunities.
  • To maintain and expand the QMS.
  • To develop and implement competency based assessment and training for all our employees to assure quality employees.
  • To make the QMS an integral part of all our operations.
  • To execute a third party customer satisfaction programs and driving improvements based on the result.
  • To make use of relevant technology to augment all functions of our business to be more fast, flexible, consistent and agile.
  • Integrate LEAN Methodologies, Six sigma methodologies with our QMS.
